Finalist of the "25 under 25" competition in the "Business and New Technologies" category, organized by Forbes magazine and McKinsey & Company. A graduate of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (PJATK) with a specialization in Computer Games. She has been actively involved in the production of computer games for 5 years. Founder of SimFabric S.A. Chief Programmer of the ElectriX simulator. She created her first game at the age of 6, including: told a documentary prepared for Canal+ Discovery entitled "Creators of Worlds". Winner of the main prize in the European Space Agency (ESA) competition for the best space application. Honorable mention in the Universal Studios competition for the preparation of a game project based on the JAWS brand by Steven Spielberg. She has worked on over 20 game projects for companies such as Techland, PlayWay and SimFabric. Mrs. Julia Leszczyńska is also a shareholder of the Issuer, holding 800,000 shares, constituting 12.80% of the share capital of the Issuer and the total number of votes at the General Meeting. Moreover, Mrs. Julia Leszczyńska is the daughter of Mr. Emil Leszczyński (Chairman of the Supervisory Board and shareholder of the Company).

Mrs. Patrycja Białorucka has been cooperating with SimFabric S.A. since 2016. and was a co-founder of Emilus IT Solutions Sp. z o. o., which was transformed into SimFabric Sp. z o. o., and then in 2019 in SimFabric S.A. Mrs. Patrycja Białorucka cooperated with SimFabric S.A. as part of the implementation of a grant project co-financed by European Funds entitled: "An innovative algorithm for determining a sea route based on weather data for sailors and ship captains, operating on a non-sinking mobile device." Mrs. Patrycja Białorucka cooperated with SimFabric S.A. in the implementation of two grant projects as part of the Pilot Maker Elektro ScaleUp acceleration program: Electro Fleet Manager and Electro Logistic Manager. Mrs. Patrycja Białorucka has knowledge and experience in programming and preparing IT projects, including computer games projects, as well as the implementation of grant projects.

Has knowledge and experience in preparing and verifying grant documentation for IT projects, including computer game projects, and in particular for grant projects received by SimFabric S.A. and subsidiaries from the SimFabric S.A. capital group. has been cooperating with SimFabric S.A. since 2019. as part of the preparation of grant documentation for the subsidiary Blind Warrior Sp. z o. o. and cooperates directly with Blind Warrior Sp. z o. o. as part of the preparation of documentation for the SAR project and the granted grant from the National Center for Research and Development.

Market environment
According to analysts from the research company Newzoo, the global gaming market will generate revenues of USD 174.9 billion in 2020, which means the sector’s growth will be 19.6% year-on-year. For comparison, revenues in 2019 were USD 152.1 billion, thus indicating an increase in the market value by USD 22.8 billion. It is estimated that the gaming industry’s revenues in 2023 will exceed USD 217 billion with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) 2018-2023 of 9.4%.
Two important factors positively influencing the gaming sector are the COVID-19 pandemic, increasing interest in games among people forced to stay at home, and the introduction of a new generation console to the market, which accelerates the development of the industry.

In terms of revenues, all gaming segments saw growth amid the global COVID-19 pandemic, but mobile games led the segment. Forecasts indicate that mobile games will generate revenues of USD 86.3 billion in 2020, an increase of 25.6% y/y. It is also the segment that ranks first in terms of revenue among applications.

Development strategy
In the adopted development strategy, the Issuer assumes further development of its operations by porting and publishing large numbers of low- and medium-budget, high-margin games by dispersed, small development teams. This approach of the Company’s Management Board ensures minimization of the investment risk associated with the production of a single game.

General meeting
The Management Board of SimFabric S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”), acting pursuant to Art. 399 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code and § 12 section 2 of the Company’s Articles of Association, convenes in accordance with Art. 402[1] of the Commercial Companies Code, on June 28, 2021 at 12:00 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, which will be held at the Notarial Office of Jadwiga Zacharzewska, ul. Świętokrzyska 18 lok. 425, 00-052 Warsaw.
