Company

The company's activities

SimFabric S.A. operates on the video game market, specializing in porting games (converting a game from one platform to another) for Nintendo Switch, PS4 and desktop computers, as well as producing its own games.

The most important product of the Company so far is the game entitled Farm Expert 2018, which sold over 2.5 million copies in the mobile version. The company holds the copyright to all published games.

The Issuer’s products are sold all over the world, which means that players can purchase the Issuer’s products from anywhere via the Internet.
This is a characteristic feature of games that are sold in a digital distribution model, mainly through the dedicated distribution platform Nintendo eShop, PlayStation Store and Steam, which is the largest distributor of PC games in the world.

The main assumption of the business is to port and publish several low- and medium-budget and high-margin games by dispersed small development teams. This reduces operational risk while providing optimal response to unexpected random events occurring during the production of projects. The company provides porting services based on publishing agreements for projects received from external entities, for which it becomes the publisher of the game, and in return the contractor receives a monthly sales commission. Due to the great interest in such services, the Company does not rule out that it will provide more services of this type in the future. The Issuer also produces game elements, i.e. assets, on behalf of other entities. It also provides asset subcontracting services and preparation of design documentation for games. In addition to its activities on the video game market, the Company has also concluded several contracts for the production of e-learning and audio materials.
